Spartans to marine

How is is that master chief can fit it the same seat as Marines can such as when driving the warthog or sitting in the pelican, even getting in the drop pod. Master chief is like 7’2 and marines are like 6’2 to 5’7

For the Warthogs they have no roof so therefore height doesn’t matter but for leg length he probably folds his legs a lot to drive them. For the Pelican same thing, Drop Pods were designed to house both after Spartans were made.

The drop pods are a little odd. Cal-141 has a much larger drop pod then the other ODST’s, but John uses a standard drop pod in Halo 2. The Spartan III’s also use standard drop pods, but they are much smaller then the Spartan II’s.

Yeah…the pod one I wasn’t entirely sure about but that was really the only thing I could think of since Chief didn’t have any real problems on the drop down. It could be that the pod had a deeper seater compartment than the other ODST pods, or it could just be that he had his legs seriously scrunched up.

Maybe they’re big by default?

S-III’s are about the same height. The only height difference would be SPI vs Mjolnir, and the age of the S-III’s at the time.

Lucy is 160 cm

Edit: Halopedia states that John is 6’10" (2.083 meters) without armor and 7’2" (2.18 meters) with armor. The III’s are definitely smaller.

She’s also described as being miniature compared to her fellow spartans.

Noble team is listed all around Chief’s height. Jun is 6’10.5"

I feel like Noble team would be the exception, but you make a fair point. I would still say that they are smaller, but it seems i’m mistaken.

Maybe they adjust automatically like your car seats leg length

Spartan IIIs had a huge size range some were tiny others as big as spartan IIs. it was highly dependant on the individual but as a rule they are smaller.

Warthogs are extremely big. Compared to a Spartan, they’re just a normal car. But when compared to a regular human it’s very big. The marines don’t even sit while in the passengers seat, they actually have one foot on the seat, and on the dash, they’re not 100% sitting.

If you haven’t noticed all the weapons and vehicles are sized for the player, aka master chief. This basically means that all the guns and vehicles are ludicrously big for normal marine use. Have you watched forward unto dawn, the AR’s are massive.

I read Halo: First Strike again last month. Somwhere they stated that John was to big in his armor for a seat in a covenant Dropship ( Type-25 Troop Carrier).
But like Hyperice343 said , in forward unto dawn the warthog and the Ar’s are massive for the marines.

The AR’s aren’t that big in forward unto dawn. The AR’s in this pic seem to be pretty normal. It’s nightfall that has the extremely big weapons.
