Are Spartans real humans with stronger and better abilities, or they have major differences that makes them unlike humans?
Because I was thinking of how The Master Chief slept for 4 years without waking once, or even peeing ???!!!

He was in Cryo Sleep, its a process by which you are frozen and reanimated so that you don’t lose time during long space travel times.
Spartans are augmented through hormones and stuff (I assume) and originally with surgery, but with the Cryo situation, you’re more or less dead.
There wouldn’t be brain activity and your organs wouldn’t really be functioning so no, you wouldn’t need to pee.
And if you do, MJOLNIR processes it all itself, I believe.
