Seeking advancement in population and progression in Company activities.
Upon enlistment, Spartans will immediately be promoted to lieutenant until a roster of 75/100 has been achieved.
Onyx operates on a first enlist; first recruit basis.
Only two active rules are enforced:
1: Remain active throughout your duration within Onyx. (This includes your presence throughout Arena and Warzone Wargames.)
2: Recruit active Spartans whenever possible.
