I purchased a Spartan’s Armory REQ Pack shortly after it was released on Thursday and only received two weapon skins in my pack. This was a known issue that was resolved but I never got any sort of compensation for it. I’ve purchased three of these packs total with only one of them gave me this issue. If that first pack would have given my the five weapon skins that like it was suppose to do I would have unlocked all the new weapon skins available. I’m now short two weapon skins and the only way to get them will be either spending 80,000RP or 9.99$ on a fourth pack. I’d like either enough points to buy that final pack or just have the two weapon skins unlocked if possible. I’m missing the 343 Industries Assault Rifle skin and the Noble Team Assault Rifle skin.

I too had this issue, I bought a pack after all my friends had. They got at least 3-4 skins guaranteed everytime and even though all my friends and I share the collection percentage in standard req items I only received a rare helmet, 2 rare armor pieces, a rare visor, and one legendary skin. I didn’t expect all 5 skins in one pack but just 1 in a $9.99 pack? I feel I should be given a new pack or 2 more random skins at least.
I sold all my sh## and when I went to buy it at 12:10 today it wasn’t there.

I ended up just grinding both Saturday and Sunday for my fourth pack so that I could get everything. According to Tashi it looks like some sort of compensation may be on the way though “Hey, info coming for those who got a faulty Spartan’s Armory pack coming very soon. I wonder what it will be and if it will be worthwhile for those who either spent the time grinding for the REQ points or spent their money to make up for the faulty pack.
I got a message from Xbox Live: “Spartan’s Armory gave REQs incorrectly to some players with 100% visuals, and you were one of these. Expect a refund for your purchase in the same currency used to obtain the pack.”

As of now I still haven’t been refunded the REQ points but it probably just takes some time.
