Hi, im new in Halo 5 and i have no idea how to cutomize my Spartan, all of the helmets, armors, and stuff are blocked. Can someone help me?

There is a req system to get those things. After you’ve played a few matches you’ll get req points. You should redeem those points for req packs. Those will have the armor, helmets, and weapons you can call in for war zone in them.
id suggest you get bronze packs until you’ve unlocked all the common reqs. Then you should get silvers and keep going till your get a points refund. Then move on to golds.

If you navigate through the menus you can go to the reqs store. If you want to go through this site click on your profile, go to service record, go to requisitions, and then re store.
it will be a bit of a grind to get everything.

I would buy only silver packs until you’ve unlocked everything in them. You’ll be able to get 11 of them right now.

In the REQ store. Press start (button to the right of the home button) and there should be a REQ store option. There you can purchase packs

Yeah, the “bronze-first” method ever made sense to me either. Go straight to silvers.
After some number-crunching, the average Halo 5 player will spend 5+ million REQ points to unlock everything.
