It would be nice if the could have the option in this game, or even remove it from future titles: I don’t like the Hexagon pattern on the visors, or anything else for that matter. It looked awful on the covenant weapons, and now its all over the Spartan Visors and it looks incredibly busy.
I understand there are a lot of more pressing issues some might have with customization, like the limited control over your armor sets and the fact we have a very poor choice of colors (I liked the Halo 2, high impact color, and how it was really reflective and bright. These Halo 3+ pastel colors look bad :c ) BUT the hexagon pattern makes me feel like I cant see the color of my visor well, clouded by the off color of the pattern. So far the Nightfall Helmet is the only one I can really enjoy wearing. I sure Hope the Mark V helmet is clean looking like it was in Halo 4.
Plus, and I know this doesn’t apply to many of you, I like to cosplay and its hard trying to see out of that soup. While I could just skip that, it would be nice to be able to make an accurate cosplay without having to hear “ah your suit looks nice, too bad you couldn’t finish the visor mate” I want to blow people out of the water without missing a detail, but this detail is really UGLY.
