If you put a level three Veteran spartan into a non veteran vehicle, and then eject the Spartan from said vehicle it will instantly become a level 3 veteran vehicle. I figured this is a glitch because unless the Spartan is running a boot camp inside that Warthog or Vulture I don’t think the unit is supposed to jump up to level 3 like that.
