Just had a quick question: I heard that without their suits, Spartans would be so quick and powerful that they would kill themselves… is this true? Can Spartans never take off their suits? How do they use the bathroom, where do wastes go? How do they sleep in that? And however awkward to think of, don’t they deserve love lives? Just curious. Thanks ahead of time for any answers.
Someone lied to you. There are many instances in the fiction when Spartans take off their suits. Incidentally, though, the suits do have waste disposal systems. Mjolnir can even recycle urine for drinking water.
Now, if an unaugmented Human were to wear Mjolnir, they would severely injure themselves, if no be killed due to the positive feedback systems used to enhance a user’s strength.

Not true, the Spartans didn’t even get their suits until months after their augmentations. As Toa Freak said though, I think whoever said this was thinking of normal, unaugmented humans; if a normal human tries to wear a MJOLNIR suit, the suit will react too fast for them to keep up, which results in a feedback loop of broken bones.
