Anyone have any idea why this keeps happening, it usually always happens after i turn my xbox off and turn it back on, it’s getting really annoying -.-…

Yes.
Actually, I’ve been dealing with this for a while, also. It’s definitely not a big deal by any means, but meh- it’s still kind of annoying. Closer to when the game came out, I had some Loadouts reset as well, but it only happened one time: it was the top 2 loadouts, and I think I had changed them right before I quit out during my previous session.
Anywho, just replying to let you know you’re not alone.
