I’ve completed the spartan spree pack, but i did not receive the emblem for it, i think its called “Pivot”.
Anybody else that has the same problem?
I didn’t receive the pack period. The last match I played completed the commendation, but it didn’t state it was completed on Halo 5, but did on Waypoint. When I had the game restart, it said the commendation was completed on Halo 5, but didn’t give me a pack in game or on waypoint.

I performed the hard reset and the pivot emblem, which is the reward from the Spartan Spree Pack, was not unlocked in game nor on waypoint.

This match resulted in a server disconnect and I could not view requisitions immediately following it until I performed a reset of the game.

After this match, I performed another reset of the game that synced the completion for the Spartan Spree commendation between the game and waypoint.
I also experienced issues with my Spartan Spree Pack. I never received and have done a hard reset.
I was looking through my Collection to see how close I am to reaching 100%. Consulted my strategy guide, and I just realized that I too am missing the Pivot emblem despite completing the Spartan Spree commendation.
The same thing happenned to me several months ago and I never got a response from 343. In my case, the pack I didn’t receive is for reaching spartan rank 80 and therefore I never unlocked the emblem Fireteam Osiris. The pack never appeared in the open packs section (so I never opened it), I’ve hard reset my xbox and the emblem keeps being unlocked. Any words on this?
