But seriously, I’ve seen a lot of people reach 130 already, just a month after release (I’m at a 77 myself), so what is going to keep these people playing matchmaking if they can’t rank up anymore and reaped all the rewards, other than for just enjoying the game?

It’s so dissapointing that you get an emblem. 343 didn’t even do a good job showing of the emblems on your Spartan ID. The spartan is covering most of the emblem. Really bad.

Exactly. And you can’t see it in a game either on the scoreboard. Unless you hit the back button. But who does that.
I preferred Reach’s matchmaking interface over this one big time.
