Candidate Phase

Obtain the “Legend” Achievement from Halo Master Chief Collection. This is your ability to qualify to try out for the program.Subject Phase

After you earn the Legend Achievement you will have your opertuity to prove what you are capable of. Are you a leader? sniper? combat engineer? Find out in this phase and show us what you are capable of and expect to be test.Conscription Phase

Think you have been trained in combat? Well this training process takes about 6 months to do and if you fail you are dropped from the program. You must complete 3 months of War College, this is where you study and learn tactics and strategies that is relevant to Halo. In order to be a Spartan you must have sharp skills and a sharp mind. - You will also have to complete combat scenarios where you test what you have learned in the classroom and find ways to apply those tactics and strategies to the game. - 5 months into your training you must complete The Crucible, a 24 hour training period that test everything you have learned in the 6 months with us. Failing this will offer you retry and if you fail you are dropped.Spartan Phase

Your training isn’t over yet, here is where you get your designated M.O.S. and will learn how to be proficient with that skill and applying to the team.
