It wouldn’t have been more fun if you got to customize elites. Not just one one uniform for rank.
when you play multiplayer it be awesome to have a customized elite.

Here’s my opinion:
You playing as a Spartan vs. and AI Elite is an easy kill
You Playing as an Elite vs a player playing as a Spartan is different. Elites can jump higher, and have the same amount of shields as the Spartans. They have better grenades, sub guns, and can evade. So if you aren’t playing as an AI elite, you would probably win as one vs. a Spartan
