I’ve got few questions about spartan ops, basically just one really. why cant I play it offline co op with my friends that are within punching distance? I’ve been forced to burn it into my hard drive, and yet its not enough! I need to play it with an online connection and a gold account!? what is this! they traded firefight for this!?
Really? Wow, that was dumb of 343. Playing with friends (whether in custom games or just splitscreen) was always the force that really drove Halo. Halo CE didn’t have xbox live back in 2001, so it had to rely on lan parties. 343 doesn’t seem to get that.

offline 4 player split screen zombies
they could have atleast made reach FF 4 player split screen. plus cod has offline bots
I really only play halo 4 for the story of SO only until my 14 day gold ends but ill mostly play cod blops 2
bring halo 4 to a more H2-3 game play (with bots?)

i know right!? What really amazes me is that this hasn’t really surfaced as a major issue anywhere, or maybe I’m just not hearing of it yet. Perhaps if a large enough majority voice a complaint about it or something they’ll release a patch to at least make the first five missions of spartan ops (the part that’s still burned into my hard drive just sitting there unplayed!) an offline split screen capable thing. like what happened with mass effect 3’s ending when they re wrote it cuz it sucked.
