Spartan Ops still badly lagging?

I had a topic on this however, i could not find it and when i searched i got no results, should of favourited it!
But anyways, and let me start by saying i think Halo 4 is amazing in every aspect, not got many flaws at all (its called opinion, complain some else, please?) Although i would not mind change at all and am looking foward to this CSR.
But recently my experience of Spartan Ops, is not very good as at first it was just laggy but now it has got the point of disconnection from my friends each time i play. After the topic i brought up before it seemed it was not just me or my internet sucks - it was agreed the servers were bad (or netcode, whatever).
I would like to know if there have been any uupdates on this, or if you are experiecing a similar thing, thank you!

Anyone out there got this, surely its not just me?

Yeah I’m haveing the bad lag, I just learnt to accept it and to play around it like anniversary (I don’t know if that’s even fixed)

I think it all depends on who your playing with. I only lag when there are not many people online to play a mission with.

Hmm, maybe ths could help abit as this is similar to what happening for me

Yeah, its just got alittle annoyed as i was not getting my exp!

I really can’t take Spartan Ops seriously as an “episodic weekly co-op campaign” when the lag is so bad in matchmaking, and the chapters are so repetitive.

I do enjoy it. It’s a break from War Games and to just chill back and relax, gain a lot of XP, and play through the extended story of Halo 4.

Spartan Ops and Co-op campaign gameplay is really choppy and has bad button lag. Its weird because multiplayer doesn’t have that problem.

I do not think its repetitive but i am slightly confused to why it lags while MM is pretty much, very good for connection.

It’s because of the way Spartan Ops works. I’m terribly lazy to write this here AGAIN, so I’ll be short. There’s a lot of vehicles, bullets and AI to keep in sync across all players, so everyone sees the same -Yoink- at all times. It’s a big amount of data, and 9/10 times the host will not have a good enough connection to make it run smoothly. The more activity there is, the more laggy it will be.

Shootout in vahalla has 240+ enemies. Might aviod that one then!
