I just want Arbiter, voiced by Keith David, back again. They’ve been strangely quiet on him after Infinity pulled him out of the fire in Thursday War.
FYI: for those who don’t know or haven’t played previous halos. the Covenant leaders betrayed the elites and butchered them like humans, as such they sided with the humans in halo 3 and despite overwhelming odds emerged with minimal casualties (the elites i mean)
Since humans and elites are now friends (or at the very least friendly neutrals) lets see this cooperation!
