Spartan Ops Season 1 Episode 9 Chapter 5

For some reason my wife can’t complete this on Legendary (solo). It randomly ends and kicks her back to the Spartan Ops menu. Is there a time limit or something? She has completed all of the Spartan Ops up to this point on Legendary.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is your disc scratched? That seems the most likely cause.

In your Xbox’s storage menu, under Halo 4, delete Spartan Ops Season 1.5. Then go to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and redownload it.
