I have a big problem with spartan ops: matchmaking spartan ops doesn’t work, it doesn’t find anyone (there are a lot of players online playing spartan ops).
It always worked, but five days ago it stopped working.
I tried to restart xbox and modem.
Does somebody have my same problem? did you find a solution?
it works fine for me, i just have to wait 20 or 15 minutes to find people…
I had issues similar to this one with matchmaking, probably due to halo 4’s poor servers since I have 120 Mbit confirmed connection.
What did improve was going to network settings and factory default everything, turn off the xbox and turn it on connect and presto!

i tried but it still doesn’t work… Maybe if I wait it goes, but usually it found players after 1-2 minutes.
Make sure you NAT is “open.”. Otherwise try this;
- Turn off your Xbox
- Unplug your cable modem from the power supply
- Unplug your router from power supply
- Plug you modem back in and wait for all lights to show connected
- Plug your router back in and wait for all lights to show connected
- Turn on your Xbox and try matchmaking again
