So last night I switched my network to “My Console,” going offline. My reasoning was that as it’s “on the disc” that Spartans Ops, as I had assumed, would be available to play offline directly from the Hard Drive. Even the episodes we’ve downloaded, as works with Arcade games.
I found that we cannot play Spartan Ops offline.
So, my question is thus, and hopefully 343i can answer this for us (unless it has been answered elsewhere;) Can we play Spartan Ops with a Silver Account (after downloading it with Gold, of course,) and will it possibly be available offline in the future?

you don’t “download” spartan ops i thought? it was right there for me to play the moment i put the disc in
also no it’s gold only thus it makes sense you need to be online to play it because almost all gold players don’t play offline
Season 1: Episode 1 is on the disc. The others have to be downloaded, which I know we need gold to acquire, but hopefully someone is a Silver and can answer if they’re able to play what they’ve downloaded.

Are you sure that it is gold only that would be pretty strange.
