I was reading some of the review and comments on the ign.com review of Halo 4 and I noticed a theme that began to worry me…
“Once you’re finished with each episode, it lacks the replayability”
and
“So even if you only play each episode once, you can’t complain”
So can anyone tell me if it is a fact that we only get to play through spartan ops once? If so do you think they’ll release it as a DLC and make us buy it?
That statement was about how the reviewer felt there was no point in replaying Spartan Ops missions after completing them once. You can replay missions.
Well…i find myself replaying Halo Campaigns…especially if I go back to play it on legendary…-insert skull- on. So…I’m sure I’ll replay Spartan Ops more than 3 times.
I see Spops (Spartan Ops)as a bonus anyway. From what I’ve heard, the missions are terribly short each. That’s why there are 5 of them each week. If there are challenges or achievements related to beating them on a higher difficulty, then I may revisit them.
Unless they become easy enough to beat on Legendary the first time through.
You can replay them as much as you want. What the reviewer meant was that he wasn’t interested in replaying them again after the first run through. To me, that’s OK. Some people are more interested in PvP multiplayer than PvE multiplayer.

Why a bonus?? It could have been incorporated into the campaign to give it more missions, and it’s replaced a very fun mode in Firefight,
Personally i think it’s quite poor to replace FF with SOPS.
