Well with Ep. 3 of Spartan Ops 343i decided to use Ragnarok and Complex as the maps for 3 of the missions, this gave a new outlook on those maps plus a nice cannon tidbit.
As you all may know now 343i released details on their future map packs one of which contains a map based on Harvest, this got me thinking: Spartan Ops on Harvest? Spartan Ops on DLC maps? Spartan Ops season 2?
Crimson Map Pack (December release timeframe)
Maps: Wreckage, Harvest, Shatter
Description: Witness the chaos of a clash of civilizations in Wreckage, with its blend of claustrophobic spaces and dangerous exposures and venture into the human colony environs of Harvest, and explore a human foray on an alien moon in Shatter.
Well you play as Crimson Team in SpOps and the first DLC is coincidentally called Crimson, not sure if there is a connection but it does seem a little too coincidental.

Wow I honestly did not notice that until now…
Now that you mention it the other DLC names are Majestic and Castle: Names for the fireteams in Spartan Ops… interesting indeed

I don’t want to kill off Jul in a simple piece of DLC. I honestly think he’s a more interesting villain than the Didact and he should return for Halo 5 and possibly 6.

Maybe Arby will be in Halo 5 and we do Arbiter missions like the ones in Halo 2 and we kill Jul, just like the Heretic/Tartarus…

To be honest I think that would make SpOps stale really quickly where each week it’s just “go after next bid bad X”. It was desperately needed this week to shake things up but I hope they delve deeper into the story than just weekly assassination missions.

Think this guy has got it figured out.

I’d much rather have a QTE in Halo 5’s single player Campaign than something like Parg Vol again.
If we met Jul, fought him, then he got away, I’d be completely fine with that. But it’d have to be an actual fight. Not a Parg Vol deal.

In before Jul follows up on his plan to assassinate the Arbiter and we all cry in a corner.
