Spartan Ops not recording completion.

On my quest to complete all these awesome achievements, ive run into a road block with spartan ops. Whenever I beat a mission on legendary it won’t record it. I thought I just the picked wrong difficulty, Well I re beat the mission, and still no record of completion.

I’ve seen a few other threads on this, but they are older, I’m going to open another new one just to get some visibility to the issue.

I’ve also had this problem. They are already aware of the issue so hopefully it’s fixed in a patch/update sometime.
