Spartan ops map pack maybe ?

Instead of making new maps they should bring in some spartan ops maps to multiplayer like lava levels would fit as capture the flag and storming the base and such i think it could work as a spartan ops map pack.

i think these could work out pretty decent as a multiplayer map pack.
since they used multiplayer maps in spartan ops i see no problem.

Agreed, I want something set inside a covenant cruiser or maybe even high charity if possible

Thats a must. I wonder why no Covenant themed maps have been done yet. As for the Harvester, the interior is too small anyway.

343, can I haz Covie maps?

I’d like it. A lot of those maps do look pretty well structured for multiplayer and objective gametypes.

Make some big Forge pallettes so we can edit them too. Block off areas for small maps or make large scale big team battle/objective maps.
That’d be pretty cool.

Before I clicked it, I thought this thread would be advocating for more missions/maps for spartan ops to play on as a purchasable DLC…

You threw me a curve ball OP, but I like it. Some of those maps used in Spartan Ops would look great if they modified the designs and kept the themes.

I believe some maps would be great from Spartan Ops to Matchmaking.

The Refuge - Similar to Complex, it could be used as a BTB Slayer or smaller team-based Objective, or even FFA, as it mixes the usage of both long range and CQC environments. Just block off the front and back corridors and you’re pretty much set on having a decent map.

Ep. 10 Ch. 3: Apex - The large, wide-open area where you ambush the Liche would make for an amazing BTB map, as it is large enough to utilize ALL vehicular combat, as well as having some areas that can be used as basic slayer quarters. Hell, even the area where you engage the Prometheans and activate the alarm could be used as a Mini-Slayer map in Team Action Sack.

Ep. 7 Ch. 4: Infinity - The engine room is a great wide-open area with. It could use more cover, but all in all I think it would be great for Objective-based gametypes such as CTF, KOTH, or Oddball, as well as something like Team Snipers or SWAT.

Another example would be the starting area of Ep. 6 Ch. 1, or the final area of this one mission that branches off of that (I forget which one it is, but you drive a Warthog, and you are ambushed by Covenant air support, and in the next mission you start there).
