I have completed all 5 missions on Legendary, solo and co-op and the challenge still will not complete. I have played every mission several times on Legendary and nothing. Am I missing something?

Appears to be. Ran through them all on Legendary, and nothing.
Is there a way we can report this? we are missing out on a nice chunk of exp. Not to mention running through it solo too…

Same issue here.
I got it by playing through every SPOP mission on solo legendary.
Land Grab is the hardest, by far, because the Marines don’t know how to prioritize targets and engage at mid-range.
I did it first on c0-op Legendary, then figured it had to be on solo, but still got nothing after beating them all on solo.

I have the same issue its quite frustrating.
next to this issue, I have achievements that wouldn’t unlock as well.
