In Spartan ops you CANT have ANY custom armor and weapons, if you do, it gets changed to basic Weaons and recruit armor. IT IS NOT FAIR. If I have a doc helmet on, it gets changed to a recruit helmet in any Spartan ops game. Starting to hate spartan ops now, and WHY is 130 the highest rank? Make it higher because it’s no fun doing challenges or completing commendations. Also, add more weapon skins as rewards for ranking up, PLEASE have the strider helmet available to everyone because my war games map pass glitches and now I HAVE to buy it again so please fix that because it’s not fair at all.
The DLC armour from the Champions bundle and McFarlane toys doesn’t work in SPartan Ops. This has been known about since the release of the armour DLC and cannot be fixed due to memory restriction of the game. 343 have already stated this numerous times before. I’m sorry but your DLC armour cannot and will not be useable in Spartan Ops.
With regards to your map pass glitching, the best fix is to delete all your Halo 4 DLC from your hard drive, clear your system cache (although I’m not 100% sure this is necessary), then redownload the map pass from your download history on your console. This will in turn let you redownload all you map pack from the in game marketplace again as it will give you a notification to do so.

Well, what about the achievements I got on the game? I’m just wanting to fix it because I heard the locus and strider helmets (and armor I think) came with the war games map pass. That’s why I’m wanting it fixed because I’m wanting the strider and locus helmets and armor, and all the maps with the map pass.

So what am I suppo to do exactly?
Try following the steps that Phil mentioned:
Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings, then choose your storage device.
Find Halo 4 and then delete all related DLC and I think Infinity Acutal Kit if that shows as well.
Once that’s done, clear the cache from your system and then redownload everything from your Xbox download history.

Spartan Ops is being released early-mid December. Its release was pushed back.
