They used a lot of old footage in that trailer, which is weird because Spartan Ops isn’t known for recycling content … no, wait, it is.

I’m reasonably sure the purple structure is a redesign of the scarab and not Precursor technology. I am however just basing that on the elites getting new, more sculpted, armour, and the hinges that appear on its “legs”.
Yeah the new angle on that strange structure seems to lend credence that it’s a Covenant vehicle like a Scarab or something else Covenant related seeing how it’s clearly purple from that new angle and it seems to be deploying a hunter or something wielding a fuel rod.

Broadswords not Sabres unfortunately (God i wish the Broadsword handled more like the Sabre). Also your definitely right about Vortex. I had suspected we would see that at some point. Also there are parts that look like Ravine and another where it looks like you defend Infinity a la level 4 of campaign.

This. We’re on a mid-season break right now.
Also, yeah, we see s number of MP and Camppaign areas we didn’t go to in the other Spops missions. I believe Abandon is in there as well.
@Theory: The Broadsword controlled brilliantly, so it’s not a problem. It also looks pretty sick.
Anyway, looking forward to it. Especially with regards to that huge alien structure. We see it open up in this trailer.
Let’s hope the Broadsword section isn’t like the Campaign where you just evade obstacles. I want to actually use my guns for something besides blowing a door open.
If that’s a Precursor, I will literally lick Frankie’s head.
