You have to remember 343i’s studios is located in the Pacific Standard Timezone. They’re something like 9 hours behind the UK.
I know…i used to wait up till the next day when playing on Reach for the challenges (oh how I miss not having a job or a girlfriend)
But then technically New Zealand won’t get it till the next day…

The Marketplace also updates new content, usually, 10-11am GMT time
What time does 343 do the update for challanges or does anyone know?
Been playing for a long time…I know what time it all happens.
When Reach map packs first came out we had to find it in marketplace coz it was hidden…then set up custom games on waypoint coz there was no playlist for them!

Well I was hoping that Spartan ops would be different from challenges and Xbox marketplace content…really just wishful thinking on my part…
I’m on the same clock as 343 and I typically don’t see any updates unitl 3 AM.
