I haven’t brought this up yet because honestly I didn’t care all that much at first, but I might as well get an answer.
In Spartan Ops, whenever I try watching a cutscene the quality is horrendous. It is actually completely unwatchable. I can barely make out what anyone is saying or even doing. Whenever I try playing the cutscenes the screen also spasms before it starts and for Episode 2, it just freezes the 360. What’s the problem?
I’ve had the bad video quality issue a couple of times, but never had the game freeze.
So I don’t know what you can do. Try clearing your cache, see if that helps with the crashing issue. With the video quality problem, I’m at a loss.

Doesn’t explain why it would freeze my 360 but it doesn’t really matter. My internet connection is bad and it’ll never get better so I can never enjoy Spartan Ops to the fullest extent. Short of watching videos on YouTube. Shame I can’t find any in HQ. :-/
Yeah it’s a real bummer that the video CG episodes are streamed from the internet and not stored locally. I wish they were included on the disc - or even available to download from Live to our hard drive if nothing else.
I haven’t had any streaming issues myself yet, but if I ever want to play offline or anything like that, it sucks that the videos will be gone. I really think they should be downloadable.
