Every time I start the Halo 4 Spartan Ops Episode 6 Chapter 1 “Escape Plan,” it loads maybe 5% and then crashes, bringing me back to the Halo 4 menu.
…why?

It’s also now happening on Episode 7 Chapter 2. Any advice at all? It just gets a little ways through the loading bar and then brings me back to the Halo 4 menu. I have already uninstalled the entirety of MCC and reinstalled, it didn’t change anything.
Nor Episode 7 Chapter 3… 
I think I have come to understand it is a maps thing. Certain maps just won’t load. The Infinity ship innards in particular, which has made 4/5 chapters of one of the episodes completely unplayable. Is there a way to fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled MCC completely a couple of times. ANYONE able to help?

Just make sure campaign AND multiplayer are installed for Halo 4. Without multiplayer installed, some maps won’t install.

You are a gentleman and a scholar. Same issue here too. Kind of amazing they haven’t fixed this still.
I honestly hope they fix the problem where when you select a episode (for me it’s every episode except 1 and 4) but it’s when you select an episode and it crashes the game causing you to be forced back to the Xbox home. I submitted a ticket so hopefully they’ll get back to me on that. I’ll let you guys know what they say.
