Whenever I try to select an episode to go to the chapters list (on MCC Xbox) the game constantly crashes!! I’m unable to find any other sources who have the same problem. If there’s anyone who’s able to at least give me some pointers, it’s highly appreciated!!
I am having the same issue. I can not select an episode to play or it just freezes and crashes to my xbox one x dashboard. All of spartan ops is unplayable because of this.

I also tried reporting the problem using the Xbox insider program, but that didn’t work either.
