Anyone know when and why this happened? Or did it even happen to everyone? None of the campaign or playlist completion was erased, so I don’t know why my Spartan Ops was.
This occurred a few months back due to an update for MCC. They had announced before the update went live that Spartan Ops completion would be wiped, something that was supposedly unavoidable.
