Prior to the server crash, I had completed chapter 1 and 2 of spartan ops. Once the severs came back online, It showed that I had chapter 2 completed, but not chapter 1. I finished chapters 3-5 and re-did chapter 1, but I did not achieve the completion challenge. Then I re-did chapter 2, but still the challenge remains un-earned.
Is anyone else having this problem? It showed on the chapter “cards” that I finished them all on legendary, but the challenge was not given to me. Will this have an impact on the overall completion of every episode? I would hate to be denied 100% achievements because of a glitch.
