I dont know why Spartan Ops videos and chapters are unlocked like 2 or 3 days later in my console (Latam spanish). As i understand, the videos and missions are already inside the disc and are decrypted when the time comes. (since there are no download times, they are just available in a second).
Why dont you just let us play them at the same time 343i?
