Why is it that after two weeks with what I believe was 6 challenges each week we now have 2?
i just checked and they have done it again. Are they serious?
MAde a same post about this. It’s pretty brutal. I had a lot of fun completing a large amount of challenges with my gf and I. Now its just play a mission and you’re done. Step it up 343, wtf.
343 isn’t doing a very good job of motivating us to play Spartan Ops, are they?

At least with 6 you had to play at east the whole episode once or even twice. With the 2 they have now… you can play the first two episodes and you’re done.
It’s like they are trying to make us ditch it and fill up the empty spots in multi player.
So many complaints, issues and questions and I have yet to see a SINGLE one answered or even vaguely responded to by anyone from halowaypoint or 343. WTF is this garbage. I wouldn’t mind a little justification.

Don’t question us, we are god’s, we don’t talk or engage without community, we remove custom options and fundamental game-play elements when we feel like it.
They don’t care about the paying public. They’re too busy counting their moolah.

you’re too funny. Game developers rarely post on forums generally speaking. Be it mmo’s to FPS games. I dont blame them with kiddo’s like yourself floating around. They do however have someone that does read the forums.
I ask you tho, who failed more 343 or you? Since they did get your money, and now they are getting your time as you troll the forums…

side note - Probably related to the number of people -Yoinking!- about people playing spartan ops to level up instead of just matchmaking because a game has to be played only one way according to some people. They did up the xp cap limit today tho.

MMO forums are reguallry engaged with by developers looks at WOW offical forums even have a banner showing “last blizzard posts” SWTOR was massively engaged with throughout its subsciption until it went sour and into F2P market.
FPS forums less, however they address known issues in bulletins, games like GR:FS BF3 and BO2 all do this well and acknowledge what is wrong and what they aim to achieve.
343i treat their bulletin as a marketing platform
Challenges definitely aren’t up too par- why make the Daily ones frustrating? Like winning 9 games in a single playlist? It’s ridiculous. Challenges like that should be the ones posted as Weekly, Majority of the Weeklys so far aren’t even challenging or up to scratch in terms of credit rewards.
The flippin’ Spartan Ops and Campaign challenges are basically daily ones too- so easy to complete!
I’m not trolling, it would just be nice to know why they immediately cut out all of the other fun weekly challenges that were actually challenges like completeing an episode solo on legendary. Not super hard but it was time consuming,
