Spartan Ops is like a T.V show and many shows have guest appearances from famous actors.
I think it would be cool to get celebrities and guest voice actors for Spartan Ops.

I was hoping Nathan Fillion would end up being a more permanent/important character if he came back.

Bubbles in the Powerpuff Girls? Ben 10? Dil Pickles? Raven in Teen Titans? Meg Griffin? Not to mention, tons of random parts in the Tony Hawk games, Ratchet and Clank, two Final Fantasy games, Harley Quinn in Arkham City, and Bowser Junior in Super Mario Sunshine.
If anyone, I would LOVE to hear her in Halo 4.
