how do you know that you cant even play the first missions?
You get a 14 day code to download them into your Spartan Ops library.

Buy Xbox live and don’t be cheap about it.
You guys can’t seriously be complaining about 60 odd euro. 5 quid a month isn’t going to kill you or break the bank and if it is you really shouldn’t be spending 70 quid on a game.
if you cant even play the missions that come on the disk, then i that really is BS. why do you need gold if you want to play them alone
Your best bet will be to wait till season one is out and use a 2 day code or something similar to play them all. You either wait until that happens or you get gold, pretty much your only options.
Microsoft actually loses money on the Xbox…
This is backed by them raising prices in the first place.
Use the 14 day code after the first season then download them all and hopefully you will be to play once you run out of live. I’m not sure if you need to have to still be connected to live play them, or if once you download you can play offline
BTW you should know that you have to be connected to watch the terminals. because by the time they had finished making everything else perfect they had no room left on disc so after you find them in campaign you have put in the codes you found on waypoint to unlock and watch the terminals.
1 i think you can download with silver and two i would rather pay $50 a year for a service with good account security than a free one with antique systems.

Um… Buy Gold or Dont buy, That is the question. Its just 10$ a month, or 60a year. Its not that bad. If you have the money to use onn Halo and not Gold. Check yourself.

in SPARTAN-OPS you can play ALONE (like an extension for the campaign) or co-op with friend ,but even if you want to play ALONE you need live connection and GOLD member
and the campaign is great but very very short
wtf so to play missions on the disc you need gold. co-op i understand, but thats reducilous. single player content should always be free, thats like saying you can only do the campaign if you have gold…
