Currently, Halo: MCC has no achievements for Spartan Ops. They are being added on 1/8/2015.
I’m assuming that if you’ve already beaten Spartan Ops within the MCC, the achievements WILL NOT be retro-active.
You’ll need to redo the requirements. That’s my assumption.

That is 100% correct. NONE of the achievements carry over from previous halo games.
Its always nice to get some achievements so I am a bit excited they are adding achievements to Spartan ops. Just wish Spartan ops had matchmaking like it does in Halo 4 so I could play with random players when my friends are not online.

He was talking about already beating SpOps in the MCC, not Halo 4.

It was in Halo 4 for 360.
As loong as the achievements arnt too hard that the worry which i think they will be easy and hopefully they will unlock once the requirements are reached.

If I had to guess I bet that it’ll be an achievement for completing each weekly episode, and then one big achievement for completing them all on Legendary. A complete guess.

I did, but I didn’t get around to soloing them all Legendary. Might have to do that once the cheevos hit. SpOps is a nice change of pace on Legendary due to infinite respawns. So you will complete it at some point, it just might take a long time haha
All the episodes that I’d already played before the achievements went live were counted towards getting the achievements, HOWEVER THE ACHIVEMENTS NEVER POPPED.
So there’s a “find the hidden RvB easter eggs” achievement (it’s the same as the 360 achievement), which I’ve done, and which shows as completed in my career in MCC, but the actual achievement wasn’t awarded (at least yet) and I didn’t get the gamer score.
I hope this is like some of the earlier achievements which took time before they were awarded.
