Spartan Ops achievements stuck at 49/50???

Hi there

I just finished playing through Spartan Ops on legendary by myself in order to get the smooth operator achievement, however the achievement appears stuck at 98%. In the in-game achievements menu under options & career it shows 49/50 progress. However every single chapter shows that it has been completed solo on legendary.

The other spartan ops completion achievements are all stuck in the same way except for the one for doing it on easy because I did that earlier. I have tried restarting the game, restarting the xbox and replaying some missions all to no avail. Any ideas?

Not sure if this could be the problem or not, but is it possible you failed a mission on legendary even thought it shows complete?

This is happening to me as well and nothing works; replaying, rebooting the game, etc. If anyone had a solution that would be fantastic.

Mines the same but it’s only the Icarus and Smooth operator achievement on 49/50 even know I’ve done every mission

Was there ever a solution found here? Mines the same way.
