Today i was bored so i played Spartan Ops to finish them all off…
which i did, but didn’t receive the achievement for it…
any ideas why?

Achievement is glitched. Sometimes it doesn’t unlock once you have completed all missions. I just played the first mission over on easy and the achievement unlocked.
