Spartan Ops Achievement unlocked, no Date?

The final Achievement unlocked, no date on it?

Many of my other Achievements have date stamps?

Anyone else get this problem, was it cause i did one solo? Or was kicked off line?

While I am thinking that it may be I was disconected when the final part of the mission finished, Spartan ops cant be played offline.
