The Spartan Ops Achievement (No Easy Way Out) seems to be faulty somehow as i have just done it and it was not given to me!!?? I never died at all the level was set on Normal and the beacons i was protecting i never lost one of them, so what has happened!!
Please help as i have done this so many times and failed and when i get it done finally it just does not give it to me!!??

If that is so and it has been there for quite a while it is very shoddy
of 343 to leave that in an unfixed state while people are trying to complete a goal that cannot actually be completed as it is wrong!!??
What the heck are they all about??!!
Yeah, you have to get it on heroic. Also, you can die several times and even lose one of the generators and still get the achievement.
