OK as a single player gamer who basically never touch multi-player i’m guessing this was made for gamers like me. a way to contune the story maybe even buy dlc when season two starts. but while i have enjoyed the cinematic the missions has nothing to do with the story and starting to feel like a waste of my time and also feels like picking maps for multi-player and less like a campain… What i hope they do for season two no pre rendering all cutscene in-engine have an openning cutscene and ending for the episode. U play as the character in the story not just some random spartan who has nothing to do with what going on. i mean what my reason for doing what i’m doing. so 343 don’t waste all that money on the cgi and make a truly like a tv show and i will pay everytime as it is now it not worth it and it’s free which is sad
I have no idea what I just read.
The first two episodes of Sops were kind of bland, but it’s starting to kick into gear IMO. I have rarely met someone who didn’t love the Shootout on Valhalla mission. Good times.
well you play as Crimson squad, and since you are not Master Chief and there isnt an immediate thread of Earth Blowing up, the missions will be a bit more cut and dry. much less dramatic.
They seem to be using this as a tool to better explain what Requiem and Infinity are. And hopefully bridge the gap between Halo 4 and 5 more seamlessly, and likely play a crucial roll in where Halo 5 will pick up.
kinda like… So far we know that Artifact which was brought to Infinity can transport and trap creatures in Requiem. So i wonder what else is trapped down there. Especially if Requiem seemed to be a giant gravity well trap in space left there for a few hundred thousand years. Its to big to have only housed the Diadact, and had been there to long to have not trapped anyone or anything else. What other Ancient Evils will awaken.
I like the idea of spartan ops and the story, but I’m not too fond of the recycle maps/environments and that damn lag that has plagued Halo games in general when we play campaign/firefight/and now spartan ops online.
the idea behind it is great the gameplay is fine but there no flow to the story none like why didn’t they pick up the life tag of the guy who was transported. episode 2 should have been about us tracking that done even if it ended with us just finding his tags not about hunting down some unknow elite. episode ended better cause it had to do with the point Cathrine needed info from. if they going to say it’s like a second campain make it flow as a story would flow. so far it just objective firefight
