i thought i would make this fun thread about the physical prowess of spartan 4’s; i measured all the distances using the meter tracker on sniper and binoculars while zoomed and a stopwatch.
100M dash: 9.03 seconds. world record usain bolt 9.58 seconds.
400M dash (w/o mobility): 45.4 seconds. world record micheal johnson 43.18 seconds.
high jump: 2.98M (9 feet 9"): world record javier sotomayor 2.45M (8 feet flat).
long jump: 15M (49 f 3"): world record mike powell 8.95M (29 f 4").
shot put (oddball throw): 46.82M (153 f): world record randy barnes 23.12M (76 f).
Interesting how some of these statistics are so similar to records already held in the Olympics…
But I feel like your methods of testing could be flawed, and should be preproduced several times for more accurate results.

Technically I could move every single thread in the Halo 4 section to a different forum if I wanted to shove a rule book up my -Yoink!-.

Also, the speed of Naomi-010 was of 60km/h at some point so she would do the 100m in about 6 seconds.

nope that was a regular spartan lol although i may have been able to get it a tad lower, i think when i kicked on the last 70 M or so i ended with a bit of sprint left
This is only accurate for game-play, in terms of canon Spartans absolutely destroy these records.

I’ve always kind of wanted the game play in Halo to match up more closely with the canon. Things like their ability to sprint at incredible speeds or their enhanced senses could have made for some interesting game elements.
I realize, though, that this would be hard to implement without ruining the game. Their enhanced reaction time, for example, would take an already none too quick game and slow it to a crawl.
