So I just got the Spartan Locke controller and tried to redeem my code for the visor and it won’t show up in my REQs. Any idea how to remedy the situation?

So I just got off the phone with Microsoft Support and they said everything’s good on their end. The person I talked to says it’s now in 343’s hands.
Okay 3 days have passed and no solution. Does anyone else have any information that could be useful?
I have the same problem, i call to xbox too and they send here as well and still don´t have an answer since tuesday 23
I’m going to jump on here too, because I’m having the same issue with the Master Chief controller Dauntless Visor. I have a separate thread, but I’ll list it here too.

serrgiiooo4 found my thread an posted that they’re having the same issue as well. If anyone has some knowledge on a fix for this, please let us know. These controllers are expensive these days, and it’s not right that the codes aren’t working properly.
343, please help us with this.
I have a bad feeling that those codes are no longer valid given the recent strings of failure surrounding these things and the FOTUS code. Worst case scenario, you’ll have to grind out the REQ system - Bronze, then Silver, then Gold - in order to get them.

Still haven’t received Locke pre order bonus…it appears in game management but not in my pack…would be nice If I could finally get what I paid for

Seriously, this is ridiculous. What’s the point of having cool dlc codes for exclusive gear when you can’t use it?
Now we’re sitting at a month and a few days more since this was posted. When’s this supposed to be resolved?
I thought it was going to be a quick update or at least a “We’re working on it” but the days pass and nothing happens. I almost feel that i’m going to be banned from the website for insiste in the theme.
I agree. I realize they have a lot going on, but even a “Hey, we’re workIng on a solution” would be helpful. No feedback at all makes it seem like 343 isn’t concerned with this at all.
