According to 343i the armor set that you get from the gamestop preorder will be available to all at launch or soon after, so don’t worry about preordering to get it. From what he said it sounds like an in game unlock probably similar to chiefs armor in Halo 4 by completing legendary.

Do you have a link? I couldn’t find it on Twitter. But yeah, I was pretty sure that 343 would make it available in-game for everyone via unlock and the people who preorder from Gamestop get it instantly. Not really a fan of that but as long as I’m able to get it eventually I don’t have too much of a problem.

gamestop website also describes it as Spartan Locke Hunter class armor set. So its probably just a variant of the original. Everyone’s -Yoink!- were all bunched up yesterday… funny stuff. Now to see what Best buy pre order is and walmart and any other company lol.
