Look at the laser stats
The spartan laser is one of my least used weapons in the game, as I rarely come across it, and I have only had about 20-30 of them in warzone in total. However the stats say I have fired this weapon nearly 600 times. Does the game count charging the laser, without firing, as a shot? I was just curious, as I find it hard to believe I have used the spartan lasers enough times to even fire it that many times.
I think it might be because of the short “beam duration” mechanic. The beam isn’t a single frontloaded blast anymore, it has a burn time.

So do you mean like Halo 3 where one laser shot was actually multiple shots happening quickly?
I have no clue… Cause it says I have shot the Spartan laser 11000 times LOL. You know whats interesting, Shade turrets are being tracked. But nowhere in the gamemodes, Shade turrets are ever used.

The only place we see shade turrets that I can remember is in campaign. and 11,000? They must be doing something weird with their tracking.
