I hoped into customs to see if they did buff the splaser, and yes it seems to be functional now.
-With 4 shots from a BR and a Laser shot a Warthog is destroyed
-One Laser shot will destroy both Gooses and Ghosts. No help needed
-For the Banshee, it is one shot by the Laser
-This is a suprise, for the Phaeton needed 16 BR SHOTS, And A Laser to destroy it
-The Scorpion needs 2 Laser shots to finish it off at full health. BR shots were too numerous
-Wraiths are a 1 shot
-And WOAH, the Mantis can take 1 laser shot and about 6-8 BR shots
And yeah they one shot Spartans again.
No weakpoints were used but would obviously be more effective.
I hope to update this if they ever add the Hornet or other vehicles later
