Will the spartan laser make a return in halo 4?
It hasn’t been confirmed or denied as far as I know, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it did. It’s a good anti-vehicle weapon.
I think they confirmed somewhere. Can’t remember. It probably will be in the game.
I’m pretty sure a beta tester has their review of Halo 4 gameplay on HBO and in it he/she conforms the SLC as well as some features of the random drop system.

it seems doubt full since they were comparing the rail gun to it. it seems like the rail gun is its replacement

An MLG pro wrote up a review of his experience playing Halo 4 in NYC, he said the Splazer came in an ordinance drop. Tis confirmed in Halo 4 alpha build, so there may be a huge possibility it will be in the final game.
