Do you think it is possible that Master Chief has a different HUD? In Halo 4 multiplayer the Spartan |V’s have a very diverse HUD, with our favorite Sprint ability (this satement is simply for comical purposes). I’m thinking that their will be two different types of playlists. One with Spartan ||s, and one with the newest Spartan |Vs. If this is true, that could possibly mean that their will not be Sprint in the Spartan || playlists. It could also mean that in campaign their will be NO sprint. I personally think that this would be an excellent way to divide the players by their preferences. We could have newer generation players with Spartan |Vs. And vintage players with Spartan ||s. If you agree with my idea, or have your own. Please state it. And please remember to vote for what you think is better.
They’re exactly the same, physically, Spartan IIs just have more experience, to be honest 4s are better. And why all the separation, why not have them together, they are the same, ones older ones younger, that’s it. I would have voted if you had more options.

And the III’s were in the lore long before the Halo: Reach was released. Let’s be honest lots of people won’t really know the lore behind the Spartans so it’s slightly pointless.
People will just see IV’s and go “ooh new and shinny” (gross over simplification but you get the point). In terms of “power” they are about even, but in training II’s have a significant edge over non-trained and a slight one over III’s. There’s no need to divide people, those who know and care about the lore will already have their preferences and also know that if anything it’s unrealistic to have a bunch more II’s appear.
Well, Spartan-IVs are volunteers, probably veterans of the war. So experience may be negligible since they will probably get Spartan-level training on top of surviving the Covenant.

It’s still a pretty good guess. I mean, not everyone can be a Spartan. Just to throw some potential candidates out there,
Corporal Harland: Survived Sigma Octanus IV and worked with Chief during that battle. He was debriefed by ONI on Reach, though his fate is unknown.
Spartan IVs are better in armour, but Spartan IIs are better without armour.
In this case I vote for 4s because you wouldn’t run into battle without armour.

Yes, he was. The Reach Special Edition, whith Halsey’s Journal, explain very good this situation.
Thanks to the Master Chief, the SPARTAN IIs are awesome.
The SPARTAN IVs are awesome too but it depends on their abilities…remember, mostly we all are the SPARTAN IVs
I have been really confused by something recently. So in the halo 5 campaign Locke is the same size as MC, but at the end of halo 4 MC walks past Palmer and is at least a foot and a half taller, she literally has to look up at him… So is Locke a different kind of Spartan since he is oni? Is he like a spartan v???
honestly my vote is that it doesnt matter. i mean the only difference is that there were the thing around the visor changes every time the spartan changes the helmet its usually just a slight difference because i mean the player needs to be able to see
