Spartan II Reunion for future Halos?

Why can’t this happen???

The Halo franchise’s first novels bring so much backdrop for the Master Chief and his fellow Spartans, but it is NEVER embraced in the games. I want to see that team leader Chief for once. I want to feel that brotherhood that the Chief felt back in his old days, not the repetitive lone hero saves the galaxy -Yoink- (although 343 did a good job changing Chief’s role a bit into somewhat of an anti-hero in Halo 4). Even Forward Unto Dawn includes Kelly and Fred. Now that’s just teasing!

More Spartans (IIs) = more epic. Hopefully 343 will bring them back together at some point.

I loled at the end of forward unto dawn. Y were they wearing sparty 3 armor. and chief looked like he was wearing mark 6.

Chief isn’t the only survivor from the S-II program there is still Kelly, Linda, and Fred from what I remember off the top of my head.

Take your own advice… there are 4 total remaining spartans… then if you include the Spirit of Fire, that makes 7… but for no reason at all the Spirit Of Fire has now been classified as lost with all hands.

Anyway.

The fact that Fred and Kelly appear in forward unto dawn does tell some significance in the future halo stories, i do believe we will see them again as why bother to go through the effort of showing these spartans in FUD? as for the casual halo fan, they mean absolutely nothing.

Seriously? Have you read more than the first book? Have you read First Strike? Have you read Ghosts of Onyx? There are many more Spartan IIs besides the Chief.

You really should read more than the back cover of the first Halo game.

Considering that Halo 4 ended with the chief on Infinity and the Infinity heading back to Earth. I think we can expect to see Kelly Fred and/or Linda in Halo 6 or 7…and maybe Kurt and Sam will reincarnate for us too. All the best! :smiley:
No really though, I think we might see the other 4 survivors, if not only briefly in the next game.

Ooh! Maybe a sort of Halo 3 esque co-op thing? Each player plays a specific Spartan II? One as John, one as Fred, one as Linda and one as Kelly?
